Cacao Reserve is a small, curated collection of private estate lots set within a working cacao and coffee farm on the Samaná Peninsula — one of the Caribbean's last great untouched coastlines.
Residents participate in the harvest, share in the farm's production, and become stewards of land that deserves to be treated as the extraordinary resource it is.
